Senior Data and Business Intelligence Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; optional onsite work at select hirify.global offices and occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $117,500–$222,985 per year. For candidates in specified higher-pay jurisdictions, the range is $135,125–$222,985; for other U.S. locations, it is $117,500–$193,900.

What you will do

• Lead the ongoing improvement of the enterprise data warehouse and establish technical direction and best practices for data warehousing, BI, and reporting.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
• Partner with data science and analytics teams to interpret predictive modeling and AI outputs for clients and stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting, dashboard, and data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, governance, and reporting standards across analytics platforms.
• Manage and mentor team members while collaborating with IT, analytics, operations, business leaders, clients, and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business, statistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• Strong experience with Azure Fabric enterprise data warehouse environments, Power BI, Azure SQL Database, and Fabric Data Warehouse.
• Experience with Azure Entra ID, Azure DevOps, repositories, pipelines, CI/CD, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehouse schema design, database performance tuning, data governance, and reporting standards.
