Manager, Business Intelligence - Supply Chain Transportation (Remote)

Location: Remote; Flex Designation: Anywhere. Corporate general office environment; travel up to 10%.

Salary: $126,700–$190,100 annually, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a team of business intelligence analysts, set performance goals, manage priorities, and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Design, build, publish, and rationalize reporting and dashboard solutions for the Supply Chain distribution-center network.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operational and cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable solutions.
• Coordinate data sourcing activities with data engineering and manage the BI function through metrics and workload prioritization.
• Stay current with business intelligence, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis focused on supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• 0–2 years of experience managing business intelligence analysts or a similar team.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Programming or scripting experience in at least one platform or language, such as VBA, .NET, Python, Java, C, or R.
• Experience scaling analytical solutions for large datasets and working with supply chain or warehouse systems such as Manhattan WMOS, Relex, Logility, Oracle EBS, MS SQL Server, or Databricks.
