Cost Accounting Sr Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and update accounting and operational procedures for inventory management and costing processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and develop spending and materials variance budgets for manufacturing operations.
• Lead budget review presentations and support preparation of budgets for large manufacturing operations.
• Lead monthly PPV variance, forecast, and budget navigation in coordination with procurement leadership.
• Develop and maintain standard costing, including absorption, COGS, variance analysis, and related controls.
• Review production financial absorption, support audits and physical inventory activities, and ensure accurate reporting from Oracle.

Requirements

• Completed professional education in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Business Administration.
• Advanced English and an English-language resume.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing MS Office, Oracle, and SAP.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• 3–5 years of experience managing P&L.
