What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-wide Enterprise Risk Management activity.
• Lead the annual ERM cycle, including executive stakeholder engagement, risk ranking, periodic updates, and report creation.
• Prepare risk reporting for the Board and Audit Committee.
• Coordinate cybersecurity risk assessments, including cyber insurance needs, red teaming, penetration testing, compromise assessments, scoping, and remediation.
• Translate technical security findings into enterprise-level risk decisions and connect ERM across Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, HR, and ESG.
• Execute a multi-year roadmap to mature the ERM program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise risk, internal audit, or cybersecurity risk programs, ideally in a public company.
• Fluency in COSO ERM or a similar risk management framework.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity assessment methodologies and the ability to translate technical findings into business risk.
• Executive-level facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
• Applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled technology and software under U.S. export control laws.
• Applicants who are not U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals may be subject to an export license review.

Nice to have

• CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CRMA, or PMP certification.
• Experience with GRC platforms and cyber insurance renewals.
