Project Manager (CRM/Salesforce)

Location: Montreal, Canada; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM email projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Act as the primary client contact, leading project reviews, status updates, workshops, and expectation management.
• Coordinate creative requirements, design approval, and collaboration between clients, developers, CRM consultants, architects, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Oversee CRM configuration, data migration, system integrations, UAT, QA, go-live activities, documentation, training, and post-launch support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in CRM implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to manage and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and API workflows.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
