Project Manager (Logistics)

Location: Canada (Remote); domestic and potentially international travel of approximately 30% is required.

hirify.global is hiring for a technical project management role supporting logistics projects and customer implementations.

What you will do

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction from sales handover through final acceptance.
• Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the sales phase, identify realization-specific requirements, and ensure a smooth transition into implementation and service.
• Coordinate internal resources and suppliers across all aspects of project implementation.
• Evaluate opportunities, advise customers, and propose, negotiate, and agree on solutions.
• Support customer logistics processes and requirements with a strong customer-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven portfolio of managed projects.
• Business or technical degree in engineering or a similar field is recommended.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to travel domestically and potentially internationally, with estimated travel of 30%.
• Motivation to work in a startup or growth environment and openness to working across different locations.
