Navy Delivery Director

Location: Remote; travel up to 25% to customer sites. Supports U.S. Navy and Department of War programs.

Salary: $160,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead delivery and operational performance across multiple Navy mission portfolios.
• Direct enterprise IT, cyber, engineering, mission support, and operational programs.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, staffing, subcontractors, resource allocation, and full P&L performance.
• Drive secure enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, cybersecurity operations, digital transformation, and mission systems integration.
• Resolve delivery risks and escalations while ensuring contractual, regulatory, security, and corporate compliance.
• Develop customer relationships, on-contract growth, capture strategies, solution development, and transition planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, cybersecurity, operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Navy, national security, enterprise IT, engineering, or mission delivery environments.
• 10+ years of experience managing large programs, contracts, or portfolios with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success with program delivery, customer engagement, and operational performance in complex federal or defense environments.
• Experience with IT modernization, cyber operations, cloud transformation, engineering support, or mission systems initiatives.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required before starting.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large-scale modernization efforts or multi-program Navy or Department of War portfolios.
• Background supporting Navy commands, systems commands, program executive offices, fleet organizations, or shore-based operational environments.
• Familiarity with Navy mission priorities, readiness requirements, acquisition environments, and operational support models.
