Senior Program Manager (IT)

Location: Remote; U.S. citizenship and Public Trust or Secret clearance required

Salary: $160K–$170K plus bonus

What you will do

• Direct planning, execution, and delivery of contract support activities across multiple projects and teams.
• Lead technical professionals in automating and integrating information systems.
• Coordinate contract operations, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Manage resource allocation, team performance, and risk mitigation.
• Establish corporate and contract management structures.
• Support acquisition milestone planning and serve as a primary client and stakeholder contact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active PMP or equivalent project/program management certification from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in IT and/or consulting.
• Knowledge of federal IT acquisition processes and documentation standards.
• U.S. citizenship and Public Trust or Secret clearance required.
