Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States; onsite production facility. Flexible to work any shift, including evening or overnight schedules and occasional additional shifts. hirify.global is not considering applicants who require international relocation to the United States.

Annual base salary: $86,700–$111,400 USD. Eligible for a performance incentive of 10% of annual base salary.

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate shift activities across production lines to meet quality, efficiency, safety, and customer commitments.
• Supervise 25–30 hourly employees and manage performance, training, timekeeping, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate priorities with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other support functions.
• Allocate machinery, materials, and personnel resources to meet production and cost targets.
• Drive autonomous and preventive maintenance activities and audit 5S and CIL effectiveness.
• Support safety audits, continuous improvement teams, training, and World-Class Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Five years of manufacturing industry experience in a similar position.
• At least two years of experience with continuous improvement processes and World-Class Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent related experience may be considered.
• Flexible availability to work any shift, including evening and overnight schedules.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and the P2 Production system is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with offset printing and prepress.
