Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the manufacturing plant.
- Create and implement production schedules aligned with customer demand.
- Monitor and improve production processes, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Manage product line supervisors and motivate production teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data and collaborate with engineering, sales, logistics, and upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or an associate degree combined with relevant experience.
- 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in lean manufacturing and project management.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
