Project Manager, Facilities Operations - Memphis

Location: Based at the Memphis / Southaven sites in Tennessee, United States; onsite work required.

What you will do

• Represent facilities operations for the Southaven and Memphis sites, managing contractors, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead facilities projects from scoping and planning through installation, commissioning, and handover into operations.
• Deliver site improvements, retrofits, activations, and maintenance projects involving HVAC, electrical, compressed air, plumbing, and related campus systems.
• Coordinate facilities supervisors, technicians, construction, engineering, commissioning, trade partners, and other technical stakeholders.
• Manage risks, schedules, safety, operational readiness, change orders, budgets, vendor finances, KPIs, dashboards, and progress reporting.
• Verify field quantities and equipment, resolve technical issues, and minimize disruption to live facility operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing facilities operations or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to be based at the Memphis / Southaven sites.
• Knowledge of mechanical and facilities systems including chilled water, boilers, VFDs, pumps, PLCs, condensers, split systems, air compressors, dust collectors, and backflow preventers.
• Ability to work around noise, operating equipment, and construction or maintenance activity; lift 25+ pounds and follow site safety procedures.
• Availability for variable evening and weekend schedules and 24/7 on-call support for emergencies and critical facility issues.

Nice to have

• Experience in data center, hyperscale, or industrial facilities operations.
• Experience with commissioning, MEP systems, site development, building management systems, or automated facilities monitoring.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and comparing service costs.
• Experience with asset management, CMMS, Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
