Sr. Logistics Replenishment Analyst (Ocean Network)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, or Rochester, New York; field and onsite visits, warehouse and transportation facility walk-throughs, and travel may be required.

Salary: $82,400–$123,600 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly replenishment logistics plans, operating schedules, appointment scheduling, and shipment execution.
• Monitor service, cost, inventory, capacity, carrier, and fulfillment performance and drive recovery actions when execution gaps arise.
• Build KPI reports and scorecards covering fill rate, delivery, inventory health, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, velocity, and working capital.
• Lead ocean network planning, exception management, contingency planning, and corrective actions for vessel delays, port congestion, customs holds, equipment shortages, and drayage constraints.
• Prepare materials for S&OP, S&OE, Distributor Operations, Logistics Council, and leadership reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on ocean network optimization, cost reduction, service improvement, process standardization, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining action logs, and driving closure across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using ERP, WMS, TMS, and shipment visibility outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and escalate risks.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required, including effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, occasionally lift items, and travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with transportation planning, carrier performance management, scorecards, QBRs, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims, damages, distributor operations, and customs.
• Experience with S&OP/S&OE models, Power BI, Tableau, or structured problem-solving.
