Senior Manager, Product (AI)

Salary: $145,800–$261,360 base salary per year

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a digital consulting platform.
• Launch and validate the first digital consulting offering with paying customers.
• Define how fixed-scope consulting services are packaged, priced, discovered, and delivered through the platform.
• Translate customer needs, market signals, and consultant feedback into a prioritized product backlog.
• Coordinate with Content & Knowledge, Architecture, Engineering, product, consulting delivery, and go-to-market teams.
• Define adoption, usage, and customer outcome metrics and provide executive reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with progressively increasing responsibility, including managing product managers.
• 4+ years leading product teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining product talent.
• Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms from an early stage through launch and iteration.
• Experience combining digital tools with human-delivered services, such as a service catalog, marketplace, or hybrid model.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience in professional services, consulting technology, knowledge platforms, or services-to-product transformations.
• Startup and new value creation experience across 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 scaling.
• Experience productizing expert knowledge into structured, repeatable, and scalable offerings.
• Familiarity with AECO, manufacturing, or media and entertainment industries.
• Perspective on how AI is changing professional services delivery.
