Manager II, Operations Management (M2) Weekend- MDP Build (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; onsite role with occasional travel of 10%. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise employees performing assembly, inspection, testing, and final-test operations for capital equipment, systems, components, and subsystems.
• Prioritize production schedules based on staffing, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Track operational metrics, conduct milestone meetings, and improve cycle-time performance.
• Resolve operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer and vendor requirements.
• Develop employees through training, coaching, performance management, career development, hiring, and discipline processes.
• Optimize production capacity and drive process, Lean, safety, and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Understanding of procedures and concepts within the operations or manufacturing job family.
• Formal supervisory experience with responsibility for setting priorities and coaching employees.
• Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX and perform extended standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work in a clean room and use required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and face shields.
• Ability to comply with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
