Senior Communications Consultant (Employee Benefits)

What you will do

• Lead employee benefit communication programmes for large corporate and blue-chip organisations and pension schemes in the UK.
• Develop communication strategies and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, including directors and boards.
• Own client budgets, forecasting, scope, resource planning, pricing, and commercial delivery.
• Develop proposals, pitches, and business development opportunities, leading communication pitch teams.
• Provide creative direction and quality assurance to consulting and design teams.
• Mentor emerging talent and contribute to proposition development, thought leadership, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering successful employee communication campaigns, such as technology rollouts, culture and values, benefits, pensions, or health and wellbeing projects.
• Experience managing client relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, solving problems, and managing stakeholders.
• Experience designing communication strategies and campaign solutions for complex or technical projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence at board level.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities and internal and external clients.
