Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor (Gaming)

Location: Cambridge, UK. The role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days per week in the studio. Relocation support to the UK is available.

What you will do

• Deliver internal communications and employee engagement campaigns covering game news, wellbeing, benefits, seasonal activities, employee-led groups, and operational updates.
• Create, edit, and publish accessible content across Microsoft Teams, intranet, email, video, and digital signage.
• Use feedback, insights, and performance data to evaluate communications and identify improvements.
• Coordinate employee social events, including communications, logistics, and on-the-day delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to define communication requirements, prioritise projects, resolve issues, and escalate risks.
• Maintain content plans, project trackers, inboxes, calendars, and other team resources.

Requirements

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, marketing, PR, events, or a related field.
• Experience creating clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong digital skills with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, intranet systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, events, or activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, communities, networks, or employee-led groups.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in internal communications, journalism, PR, marketing, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Interest in games or the entertainment industry.
