Sup Financial Operations AR

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office and two days remote. Availability to travel 5–10% is required.

Base pay: $63,300–$114,300 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day activities, processes, and reporting for group accounts receivable premium operations.
• Manage account-level activities for group accounts receivable teams.
• Partner with offshore accounts receivable teams to support escalated phone calls.
• Prioritize, assign, and balance workloads across operational activities.
• Support processes involving payments, cancellations, claim stops, reinstatements, suspended cash, and delinquencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or four years of experience including two years in accounting.
• At least one year of leadership or supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, analytical, and work management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability to work in a hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week and travel 5–10%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounts receivable billing systems and related payment and delinquency procedures.
• Call center experience.
