Finance Director - Strategic Services and Aftermarket Growth (Oil & Gas and Marine)

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates. International and domestic travel of up to 10% is required.

Salary: $189,080–$283,630 per year, plus potential incentive bonus and equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead strategic finance and business support for services and aftermarket growth across the Oil & Gas and Marine Division.
• Present competitor research, financial forecasts, quantitative analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop aftermarket value propositions using market economics, competitive positioning, and customer business model analysis.
• Structure and solve business problems across cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Build business cases for mergers and acquisitions and asset acquisition targets.
• Coach and train the finance team while improving strategy processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of business concepts, finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Extensive experience in organizational governance, strategic thinking, leadership, financial forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle sensitive issues and influence stakeholders.
• Must work onsite in Houston five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• MBA or master’s degree in a business-related field.
