What you will do

• Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Optimize processes to improve output, throughput, equipment utilization, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Non-Conformance Quality Action activities from initiation through closure.
• Support equipment and process validation development, execution, and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams and coordinate with quality, engineering, site personnel, and equipment suppliers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical, manufacturing, biomedical, or related engineering.
• Completion of undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
• Graduation date after December 2027 and cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, validation activities, GMP, ISO, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Power BI, Minitab, or similar data visualization and statistical analysis tools.
