Physician Recruiting Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, associated with Dallas, Texas, USA; ability to travel up to 20%.

What you will do

• Advise physician candidates and healthcare clients throughout the recruiting process.
• Source and screen physicians through phone calls and email while building professional rapport.
• Present opportunity details, highlight key features, quote salary information, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Drive physician marketing campaigns and manage recruiting activities from search initiation through completion.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns, provide recommendations, and maintain consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience is required.
• Sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
• Experience building relationships with physicians and interacting with them regularly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work in line with the organization's core values.
