Medical Recruiter (Behavioral Health)

Location: Remote, nationwide in the United States

Base salary: $95,590–$105,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual corporate Success Sharing bonus.

What you will do

• Generate and develop physician and advanced provider recruiting leads through advertising, cold calling, referrals, residency programs, internet sourcing, and conferences.
• Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates, provide position information, and coordinate interviews with Medical Directors and applicants.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Emergency Medicine, including offer letters, hiring documents, reference checks, credentialing updates, and provider enrollment communications.
• Maintain candidate records, practice profiles, recruiting reports, site information, credential requirements, and compensation data in Taleo and related systems.
• Build relationships with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, Advanced Provider leaders, residency programs, and internal departments.
• Support retention by maintaining contact with new hires through their start date and conducting 30-, 60-, and 90-day follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recent recruiting experience.
• Experience in a recruitment agency setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal, written, in-person communication, negotiation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service, judgment, conflict-management, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet sourcing techniques, database management, and preferably Taleo.

• Experience recruiting physicians and advanced providers.
• Experience with Taleo.
• Experience working with residency programs and attending recruiting conferences.
