Medical Recruiter (Emergency Medicine)

Location: Remote, nationwide within the United States; corporate role associated with Sacramento, California.

Salary: $95,590–$105,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual corporate Success Sharing bonus.

What you will do

• Generate and develop candidate leads through advertising, cold calling, referrals, online sourcing, residency programs, and conferences.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Emergency Medicine physicians and Advanced Providers, including screening, interviews, offer letters, and hiring documents.
• Coordinate candidates, Medical Directors, Regional Directors, Advanced Provider leaders, credentialing, and provider enrollment teams.
• Maintain candidate records, reports, practice profiles, credentials requirements, and compensation information in Taleo and related systems.
• Build relationships with residency programs, attend recruiting events, and support recruiting initiatives and market intelligence sharing.
• Follow up with candidates and new hires through the start date and at 30, 60, and 90 days to support retention.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recent recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, make sound decisions, and handle pressure constructively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet sourcing techniques, and database management.
• Experience in a recruitment agency setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Taleo is preferred.
