Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

What you will do

• Make cold calls and business development calls to prospective clients to sell recruitment services.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment teams, directors, line managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with in-house recruitment professionals and hiring stakeholders.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for professional-sector roles.
• Prepare reports, maintain compliance, and contribute to internal projects.
• Work toward daily targets and KPIs linked to commercial goals.

Requirements

• Strong motivation to work in a sales environment and achieve targets.
• Professional workplace communication skills.
• Resilience and willingness to take on challenges.
• Understanding of 360 recruitment and a genuine interest in building a recruitment career.
• Ability to work from the London office as part of a hybrid working model.
