Director of Physician Recruiting (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, associated with Dallas, TX, USA; travel up to 25% may be required

What you will do

• Advise physician candidates and healthcare clients throughout the recruiting process.
• Source and screen physicians through phone calls, email, and relationship building.
• Present opportunities, explain compensation, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Drive physician marketing campaigns and manage recruitment searches.
• Investigate and resolve client concerns while providing recommendations to support successful searches.
• Maintain consistent communication, feedback, and recruiting reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and alignment with the values of commitment, integrity, trust, extra effort, and continuous improvement.
