Director of Physician Recruiting - Academics Division (Remote)

What you will do

• Advise physician candidates and academic-sector clients throughout the recruiting process.
• Source and screen physicians through phone and email outreach while building candidate rapport.
• Present opportunities, explain compensation, prepare candidates for interviews, and respond to questions.
• Drive physician marketing campaigns and manage searches from sourcing through placement.
• Consult with clients, investigate concerns, and recommend actions to support successful searches.
• Communicate with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals while providing consistent feedback and reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work according to the values of commitment, integrity, trust, extra effort, and continuous improvement.
