Director, Supply Chain Efficiency (Aerospace)

Location: 100% onsite between Grand Prairie and Grapevine, Texas, except when traveling. Travel required: 10–20% domestic and international.

What you will do

• Lead managers and expert contributors across lean, data analytics, planning, and supply chain resilience.
• Direct end-to-end supply chain analytics, governance, performance management, and cost and cash competitiveness initiatives.
• Lead S&OP, supply chain operating plans, financial forecasts, inventory health, supplier capacity, and workforce planning.
• Drive lean transformation and process optimization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material fulfillment.
• Manage executive stakeholders and oversee strategic supply chain transformation and capability roadmaps.
• Oversee supply chain risk management, business continuity planning, compliance, insurance claims, and crisis response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of progressive supply chain management experience, including planning, procurement, and logistics, with at least 5 years in leadership or management.
• Experience leading lean transformations, end-to-end process improvements, S&OP, inventory optimization, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teams.
• High proficiency with Tier-1 ERP and business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, or Skywise.
• Experience with advanced planning systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, or O9 Solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in supply chain, operations, or data analytics.
• Previous director-level experience and a track record of digital supply chain transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of supply chain digital twins, AI/ML forecasting models, and corporate insurance and compliance frameworks.
