Planning & Fulfillment Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own the site supply planning process for the Busway manufacturing facility.
• Provide supply capacity visibility and local supply objectives for the Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Run short-term planning or Sales & Operations Execution processes to align planning with execution.
• Support profitable customer order execution in coordination with business functions and feeder factories.
• Lead planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead times.
• Ensure adherence to inventory and supply plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, an associate degree with 7+ years or a high school diploma/GED with 9+ years.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, production planning, inventory control, and customer fulfillment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, plus planning tools.
• Experience with Sales & Operations Planning, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Existing US work authorization is required.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading planning and fulfillment transformations.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, supply chain analytics, KPI development, and performance management.
