Direct-to-Consumer Inside Sales (IC) Associate - Work From Home

Location: Fully remote within the continental United States; California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded. Availability is required from 8am–8pm in the local time zone, including weekends, holidays, evenings, rotating shifts, and overtime as needed. On-site training and sales conferences may require overnight travel.

Base pay: $19.13–$34.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental, and ancillary products.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat interactions, and other technology-enabled sales channels.
• Conduct consultative needs assessments, qualify prospects, close sales, and complete telephonic enrollments.
• Generate and manage sales opportunities from leads, personal referrals, and business partners.
• Use CRM, sales, telephony, and AI-supported tools to guide customer conversations and track results.
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow CMS and HCSC compliance standards, and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience.
• Proven success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Active Health, Accident, and preferably Life resident license, or ability to obtain the license within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
• Licensed in at least one of Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, Texas, New Mexico, or Pennsylvania.
