Sales Associate, Business Insurance Lines (Insurance)

Location: Remote - USA

Pay: $24.04 per hour

What you will do

• Support new business producers with administrative and clerical tasks, including post-event emails, application processing, information gathering, and special projects.
• Maintain positive written and verbal communication with clients, carrier representatives, and coworkers.
• Update CRM records, assist with application preparation, and collect payments.
• Acknowledge producer requests, provide status updates, and communicate changes affecting customer expectations and deadlines.
• Use phone system functions such as warm transfers, conference calls, and simultaneous call management.
• Process and follow up on endorsement and other customer service requests while learning business insurance line processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain the license within 90 days.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of unpredictable, time-sensitive requests.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA for the remote role.
