Inside Sales Support Representative (IT Services)

Location: Remote, Massachusetts, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $20.43–$25.91 per hour.

What you will do

• Support one or more executive, senior executive, or presidential account managers with daily order fulfillment.
• Provide customer service to account managers and customers throughout the fulfillment process.
• Proactively follow up on open orders to minimize problem situations.
• Resolve customer issues and support day-to-day sales transactions.
• Help account managers dedicate more time to expanding their business.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
