Distribution Supervisor - Weekend Shift (Sat-Mon)

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin, USA; onsite weekend shift from Saturday through Monday.

What you will do

• Ensure timely material flow within the facility and coordinate material deliveries from other locations.
• Prepare parts for shipment to other facilities and ensure accurate material presentation for production.
• Manage daily warehousing operations, including staging, cycle counting, storage, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop materials staff while driving key performance indicators.
• Improve warehouse and inventory management practices, including transactions, barcoding, RFID, cycle count accuracy, and fill rate.
• Partner with quality, purchasing, planning, and production teams to resolve delivery and quality issues and maintain appropriate staffing levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in materials leadership.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people, or organizing tasks.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management practices, including cycle counting, barcoding, or RFID.
• Ability to build trust, communicate clearly, manage conflict, coach employees, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Ability to act as an SAP Super User within the assigned functional area.
