Finished Goods Logistics Supervisor

What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse and finished-goods logistics operations, including material flow, shipping, and receiving.
• Plan and maintain efficient warehouse floor layouts for materials and pallet storage.
• Organize inventory in racking systems and open-floor areas using FIFO methodology.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Prepare and review Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery documents, purchase orders, and other shipping records.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, quality, and finance teams to resolve logistics issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and inventory control practices.
• Experience with FIFO, 5S, and logistics documentation such as BOL, POD, and PO.
• Experience using shipping software such as FedEx WorldShip or SAP.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional certification.
