Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Middlesex, New Jersey, USA; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $6,000–$7,000 per month

What you will do

• Supervise inbound receiving activities, including unloading, inspection, shelving, and delivery accuracy checks.
• Lead the inbound warehouse team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, sales, suppliers, and logistics providers to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify receiving inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce delays and improve accuracy.
• Conduct quality and safety checks, audits, and maintain accurate inbound shipment records.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, particularly inbound logistics or receiving.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• A university degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
