Health Center Manager RN

Location: Onsite in Springfield, Missouri

What you will do

• Manage daily health center operations, staffing, workflow, and patient flow.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for clinical, administrative, and technical staff.
• Provide patient care and clinical expertise as needed.
• Lead infection control activities, quality initiatives, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies, conduct meetings, collaborate with client representatives, and support incident investigations and complaint resolution.
• Maintain accurate and current patient health records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training through AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
• At least 3 years of medical experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on the contract scope.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
