Senior Director Human Resources - Puerto Rico Site Lead

Location: Juncos, Puerto Rico, United States; site-based leadership role

What you will do

• Lead HR strategy and workforce planning for hirify.global’s Puerto Rico manufacturing site, including talent acquisition, employee value proposition, inclusion, and corporate talent programs.
• Advise and coach the site leadership team on culture, engagement, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management.
• Lead a large HR organization, including HR business partners, with responsibility for coaching, capability building, and career development.
• Drive organizational integration, transformation, employee lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations and compliance with local employment law in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Build partnerships with trade schools, universities, government entities, HR centers of excellence, and internal or external HR networks.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of HR experience, or master’s degree and 9 years, or bachelor’s degree and 11 years.
• At least 5 years of direct people management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR teams and strategic HR business partnerships in large, complex, or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, analytics, talent management, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing or life sciences environments is strongly preferred; GMP experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.
