Inside Sales Associate

Location: West Nyack, New York, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Salary: $20–$25 per hour plus performance bonuses of up to $2,500

What you will do

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate warranty items and provide estimated delivery dates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, distribute, and restock customer and showroom merchandise, including occasional RF scanner use.
• Cross-train in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfort interacting directly with customers throughout the day.
• Strong computer skills, including basic computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 pounds using equipment such as a dolly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background verification is required.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related inside sales experience.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction and maintenance.
