Sales Associate I (Luxury Retail)

Location: Tilton, New Hampshire, USA; onsite retail role

Base pay: $15.00–$19.50 per hour

What you will do

• Represent the hirify.global brand and deliver personalized, elevated shopping experiences.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, fashion advice, follow-up, and clienteling.
• Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and social selling.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, short-form video, and customer data to encourage repeat purchases.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups, cash-wrap tasks, and daily store operations.
• Receive shipments, replenish merchandise, support visual merchandising, and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, with the ability to meet personal and team sales goals.
• Experience with POS systems, basic computer tools, mobile POS, walkie-talkies, and price or release sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a professional, adaptable demeanor.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and other high-traffic retail days; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
