Senior Director, Global Asset Protection, Security and Safety Operations

Location: New York, New York, USA (Corporate Headquarters)

Base pay: $185,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the global asset protection, physical security, safety, crisis management, and business continuity strategy across retail stores, fulfillment centers, corporate sites, and other locations.
• Oversee the Global Security Operations Center, including staffing, security technology, incident monitoring, emergency communications, intelligence reporting, and escalation protocols.
• Establish global security policies, procedures, governance, access control, visitor management, surveillance, alarm systems, emergency response, and event security standards.
• Direct investigations involving workplace incidents, theft, fraud, misconduct, threats, policy violations, and workplace violence in partnership with Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Finance, Cybersecurity, and business leaders.
• Provide executive protection support, threat assessments, travel security, crisis response, law-enforcement coordination, and enterprise oversight during significant incidents.
• Lead and develop security personnel, manage contracted security providers and budgets, and implement new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Expertise in global asset protection, security operations, safety, investigations, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Experience leading security programs across corporate, retail, fulfillment, and other operational environments.
• Ability to build global standards, governance frameworks, emergency-response procedures, and continuity and recovery plans.
• Experience managing executive protection, threat assessments, workplace violence prevention, fraud investigations, and law-enforcement partnerships.
• Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, and managing security teams and third-party providers.
• Ability to work from the New York corporate headquarters and coordinate with New York City security and emergency-management partners.
