Program Manager, Senior (F-15)

What you will do

• Support acquisition management activities across the F-15 Division aircraft program lifecycle.
• Develop, coordinate, review, and finalize milestone documents, requirements documents, acquisition strategies, and program plans.
• Support acquisition events and technical reviews, including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FCA, PCA, and PRR.
• Coordinate inputs across financial, procurement, engineering, logistics, and other functional teams.
• Prepare program briefings, reports, charts, staff summary packages, and action-item tracking for executive and technical reviews.
• Provide Foreign Military Sales expertise across planning, execution, delivery, sustainment, and program closure.

Requirements

• 15 years of directly related experience, including 8 years in the DoD; or a related bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or a related master's or doctoral degree with 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the DoD.
• Advanced expertise in the relevant technical or professional discipline and the ability to oversee junior and journeyman personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present data and recommendations to large audiences.
• Experience with DoD and Air Force acquisition regulations, policies, guidelines, and processes.
• SECRET or Top Secret clearance required.
• On-site work at Robins AFB, Georgia, with 10–25% travel.

Nice to have

• Senior-level Foreign Military Sales experience, including at least 8 years in FMS-related positions.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, transportation plan development, and the Defense Transportation System.
• Experience with Congressional Notification and Release in Principle/Release in Specific approval processes.
• Experience with DSAMS, VHR, and Manpower Requirements Packages.
