Associate Research Engineer (Golf Equipment)

What you will do

• Apply engineering principles, scientific methods, and computational tools to golf club research and development.
• Analyze golf club designs and biomechanical swing dynamics.
• Use modeling, simulation, and testing to validate concepts and solve complex design challenges.
• Collaborate with Research, Design, Product Development, Testing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing.
• Translate technical findings into product improvements and contribute to patentable technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in engineering analysis, problem-solving, and product development.
• Required experience with MATLAB and/or Python.
• Exposure to CAD modeling tools such as NX or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with simulation and FEA concepts.
• Passion for golf and a strong understanding of the game, equipment, and player performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with LS-DYNA.
• Programming experience with C#, .NET, WPF, Angular, or object-oriented programming.
