Specialty Care Patient Engagement Enablement Team Lead (AI)

Location: United States — New York — Remote. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $189,200–$315,400, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Patient Engagement Enablement Team, including talent planning, career development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Equip field and program teams with tools, content, training, technology, and communication support for patient and caregiver engagement.
• Oversee GTM Excellence strategy, launch planning, targeting and territory models, program governance, and milestone delivery across program lifecycles.
• Guide digital and AI roadmaps, oversee platforms such as Polaris and Pharmlogic dashboards, and establish feedback loops for continuous optimization.
• Strengthen KPI, measurement, data, dashboard, and reporting practices and translate analyses into strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, Patient Solutions Enablement, IIS, Digital, GCET, and other partners to improve productivity and patient-centric ways of working.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined pharmaceutical or biotech experience across patient engagement, enablement or operations, patient or consumer marketing, and field enablement.
• Previous people leadership experience and a track record of building high-performing organizations and enablement functions.
• Experience leading product or team launches, managing matrix organizations, and influencing direct and indirect stakeholders.
• Strong data, analytics, reporting, project management, communication, change management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience shaping or deploying AI-enabled tools or digital capabilities in a commercial or patient engagement context.
• Good judgment, high ethics, and the ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously.

• Experience leading distributed, cross-disciplinary digital, data, and training teams.
• Specialty-care patient engagement strategy experience and an understanding of clinical, emotional, and access challenges.
• Advanced degree.
