Director, Digital Product Portfolio Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design, preparation, facilitation, and continuous improvement of Technology Portfolio Reviews for senior executives.
• Connect digital product strategy, business outcomes, portfolio priorities, investment decisions, governance, and value realization.
• Establish consistent standards for Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and product operating rhythms.
• Shape product management governance, decision rights, prioritization practices, and the Product Management Outcomes Journey.
• Use generative AI, coding agents, automation, analytics, and integrated data workflows to improve executive and portfolio preparation.
• Partner with Product Management, Finance, Technology, AI and Data, transformation, and enterprise leadership teams.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 8 years, or a bachelor’s degree and 10 years in digital product management, product operations, digital transformation, or related management consulting.
• At least 4 years of direct people management or leadership experience directing teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience with digital product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, prioritization, portfolio planning, and value measurement.
• Strong executive presentation, storytelling, facilitation, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience operating in complex organizations and influencing senior stakeholders across business, technology, finance, governance, and transformation functions.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Progressive experience in digital product management, product strategy, portfolio management, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Management consulting experience focused on digital transformation at a top-tier strategy consulting organization.
• Experience applying generative AI, automation, coding agents, analytics, or workflow tools to executive reporting and decision support.
• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, high-tech, financial services, consumer, or other product-led organizations.
