What you will do

• Execute clinical AI development and evaluation methods using rigorous scientific and clinical standards.
• Inform product development by leveraging the latest science on evidence-based approaches to AI in mental health.
• Support AI-powered feature development throughout the product lifecycle, from design and conceptualization to post-deployment monitoring.
• Communicate clinical considerations and requirements to cross-functional technical teams to ensure proper integration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared objectives in clinical technology development.
• Monitor developments in clinical AI research to provide actionable insights to the organization.

Requirements

• PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 1+ year of experience developing or evaluating digital mental health tools and interventions.
• Strong foundational skills in clinical research methods applied to generative AI.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based intervention approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Current clinical licensure.
• Prior experience or deep interest in ML and prompt engineering.
• Specialized training in culturally responsive care and health equity.
