Director, Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 81–100% within the US

Salary: $141,000–$234,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead healthcare performance-improvement engagements and deliver billable consulting services.
• Oversee data analyses, interpretations, quality assurance, presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, project plans, resources, budgets, expenses, profitability, risks, and issues.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop consulting staff while leading cross-functional project teams.
• Identify add-on sales opportunities and contribute to sales presentations, RFP responses, oral presentations, and statements of work.
• Support advisory practice development, training, and development of expertise-based materials.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with health systems finance, clinical or operational improvement, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Strong qualitative analysis, strategic problem-solving, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the quality of analytical deliverables.
• Ability to travel 81–100% within the US while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• RN or another professional license relevant to the clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean certification.
• Subject-matter expertise in a relevant healthcare advisory area.
