Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $85,500–$162,975 annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own design across multiple features, squads, or a full product line within the myQ ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and problem framing through concepts, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and delivery specifications.
• Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to improve workflow efficiency and deliverable quality.
• Advance accessible, reusable design systems and components across mobile, web, and embedded touchpoints.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, researchers, and senior stakeholders to shape roadmap, strategy, implementation, and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor Product Designers and lead initiatives that improve design quality, process, tooling, and design operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of job-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience with end-to-end product design, user research, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, and delivery specifications.
• Ability to design systems and reusable components for mobile, web, and embedded experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering leadership on product strategy and implementation feasibility.
• Ability to present design rationale using data and storytelling, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor other designers.
