Product Designer (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $175K–$275K per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native video platform that uses natural language, contextual models, and agents to orchestrate video production and editing.

What you will do

• Partner with executive and product teams to shape product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap.
• Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch across multiple workstreams.
• Translate ambiguous business and user problems into design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to guide product direction and validate solutions.
• Establish and evolve design systems and patterns across product surfaces.
• Provide design leadership through critique, mentorship, and collaboration with product and engineering partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design with ownership of complex consumer-facing digital products for mobile and/or desktop.
• End-to-end design leadership experience from strategy through launch, with measurable impact.
• Strong systems thinking and experience building or scaling design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work through ambiguity and technical trade-offs.
