Plant Head Clamps US (Automotive)

Location: Marlette, MI, USA; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead production, quality, logistics, transportation, and distribution activities for the plant.
• Champion a safety-first, zero-defect culture and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TISAX.
• Drive continuous improvement, technological advancement, and the plant’s progression toward World Class Operations.
• Manage operational budgets, resource utilization, cost optimization, and customer delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and ESG requirements and represent the entity toward external parties.
• Lead business reviews, support labor and union relations, and resolve cross-functional disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in the automotive industry and strong knowledge of automotive quality standards.
• Experience managing high-volume production environments with diverse product mixes.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Productive Maintenance methodologies.
• Commitment to safety, quality, operational efficiency, and cost management in a fast-paced environment.
