PDI Site Supervisor (EV)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations at an offsite vehicle repair facility to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and develop mechanical, software, quality, logistics, and facility personnel.
• Set priorities, work assignments, staffing plans, and vehicle repair schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, software updates, inspections, and release activities while tracking status, aging, and site performance.
• Manage parts, tools, equipment, vehicle movement, material flow, inventory, and logistics.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, drive root-cause resolution, and maintain continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, vehicle repair, or service operations.
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience maintaining approved repair processes, specifications, quality standards, and workplace organization.
• Ability to ensure compliance with EHS, high-voltage, and other safety requirements.
