Corporate Counsel (Technology Transactions, AI)

Location: Full-time, in-office attendance required at an hirify.global office in Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or Federal Way, Washington, USA.

Base salary: USD 100,000 per year. Total first-year cash compensation is targeted at USD 250,000, including a performance-based bonus; long-term equity awards may also be available.

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on SaaS, AI, developer, and other technology-related agreements.
• Advise internal clients on legal best practices, corporate requirements, risk mitigation, and technology vendor matters.
• Partner with legal, procurement, and operations teams across global locations and time zones.
• Support vendor-related data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
• Assist with outside counsel management, litigation management, and strategic Legal Department initiatives.
• Manage multiple matters with different priorities while collaborating with senior legal and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• JD degree and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of legal practice with deep experience in technology matters.
• Strong judgment and a collaborative, business-oriented working style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a lean, high-performing in-house environment.
• Ability to work full-time in the office.
• Successful completion of hirify.global’ pre-employment background check.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house legal experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
