Early Legal Hire (AI)

Location: San Francisco or New York office, 5 days a week

Salary: $190K–$250K annually

hirify.global is building a search engine for the AI era, with a Search API used by agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI labs.

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer, data licensing, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with go-to-market and other teams to accelerate enterprise deals and provide practical legal guidance.
• Build legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and processes.
• Support compliance, data privacy, and legal operations.

Requirements

• Law degree such as JD, LLB, or equivalent.
• Meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where based.
• 3–5 years of legal experience with substantial commercial experience across EMEA and APJ.
• Experience working across time zones, building processes from the ground up, and using AI tools in daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate legal advice for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or New York office 5 days per week.
